I have to say that you were brilliant yesterday as it was a huge event for Kayla and you treated her so well, were so encouraging and Kayla really enjoyed it.
As well as her physical differences, Kayla is autistic and doesn't like busy places as people tend to stare at her, so I'm amazed she coped so well yesterday. I'm also surprised that she managed the whole hour as for the last 5 years she's lived in her bedroom. What worked well here is the focus that autism can bring and that having decided she wanted to do this, she carried out all the research on the best blades and spent a lot of time finding you all by herself.
